A Lir Irish Whiskey highball with a pleasing pineapple garnish, it's named after the bartender who first created it @whiskey4breakfast (bravo👏)

Say hello to the Ronan Collins 🍍

You’ll need:-

⚡️50ml Lir Irish Whiskey 
⚡️25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
⚡️15ml 1:1 Sugar Syrup

Add the ingredients to a highball glass filled with ice and top with Soda Water. Mix gently to combine and garnish with a slice of fresh pineapple.

The perfect summer drink! ☀️
