Introducing our Lir Bergard Sour cocktail — a deliciously vibrant blend that perfectly balances the tart sweetness of pineapple with the smooth, rich depth of our Green Crest.

Ingredients:

 

40ml Green Crest

15ml Pineapple liqueur

20ml Chambord

1 egg white

Dried petals, to garnish

 

Instructions:

  • Pour all the ingredients into a Boston shaker
  • Fill the cocktail shaker with ice and shake well for 30 seconds until everything is combined.
  • Strain the mixture into a martini glass and garnish with dried petals. 
  • Enjoy!
