Ingredients:

 

1 chopped strawberry, additional slices for garnish

2 dashes lemon juice

25ml ounce simple syrup

50ml Lir Irish Whiskey

2 dashes Angostura bitters

150ml of ginger ale

Strawberry slice, for garnish

Ice

 

Instructions:

 

  • In a cocktail shaker, muddle the chopped strawberry with the lemon juice and simple syrup.
  • Add the Lir Irish Whiskey and Angostura bitters to the shaker. 
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 10 seconds. 
  • Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
  • Top off with ginger beer and garnish with strawberry slices.
